Anne-Marie Etienne teaches Health Psychology at the University of Liège. She has a training as a cognitive-behavioral therapist. Her research focuses on the quality of life of patients. She has recently started to explore the potential of virtual reality (VR) to treat patients, in particular those suffering from phobias. Her current projects aim to measure the impact of the use of VR on the quality of life of patients. She developed collaborations with UQO and UQAM in Canada.
